The internet is promising to boycott Calvin Klein after the famous fashion company revealed controversial pictures for their Mother’s Day campaign on Sunday that featured a pregnant transgender man.

CK posted the images on their Instagram with an attempt to showcase the “realities of new families”.

“We can reproduce biologically or from the heart… our place is to love and be loved,” read the campaign.

The image features a shirtless transgender man from Brazil known as Roberto Bete who is a reality TV star. He is posing wearing Calvin Klein underwear exposing his baby bump next to a female supermodel.

The fashion house’s attempt to include everyone from all walks of life was not met well as some of the fans have promised to cancel Calvin Klein for not ‘respecting’ women’s biological bodies and ‘denying women’s rights.’

“‘A pregnant trans man in a Calvin Klein campaign’ Calvin Klein probably thinks this is progressive. It’s not. Only women can get pregnant. And because women are biologically different to men, they require unique protections. A denial of biology is a denial of women’s rights,” one Twitter user tweeted.
