Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially a married couple as the two tied the knot in a small ceremony held in Las Vegas.
Jennifer let the cat out of the bag through her website onthejlo.com via a newsletter to her fans on Sunday.
Jenny revealed that they jetted into Vegas on Saturday night where they waited in line to get their marriage license with four other couples. They became Mrs. Affleck at the Little White Chapel just after midnight.
“Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” she said.
The Chapel boasts a drive which J.Lo referred to as a ‘tunnel of love’, where the couple played music from a bluetooth speaker as she walked down the aisle.
“Stick around long enough and maybe you’ll find the best moment of your life in a drive through in Las Vegas at 12.30 in the morning and at the tunnel of love drive through, with your kids and the one you’ll spend forever with. Love is a great thing, maybe the best of things – and worth waiting for.”
Bennifer, had began dating in 2001 after they met on the set for their rom-com Gigli. They then got engaged back in 2002 but never made it to the altar and called it quits after two years of being engaged.
Jennifer has since revealed that things feel different now after they rekindled their love last year and got engaged in April.
