American rapper Jeffrey Lamar Williams better known as Young Thug has listened to the cries of the Africans that are stuck in Ukraine and has pledged to help them.
The ‘Best Friend’ rapper took to his Instagram and shared a story post asking other rappers to join in the movement and also letting everyone know that he wants to help the Africans who are stuck in Ukraine by getting them out safe and sound.
“If some of my rap brothers are in I’m willing to help Africans get out of Ukraine however I can sense they not letting us pass,” read the post.
It has come to light that many Africans have been denied access out of Ukraine that is currently fighting an unwarranted war against neighboring country Russia.
Many Ukrainians have fled to neighboring countries to seek refuge. The Africans who have been residing in Ukraine have been given little to no access to the other countries such as Poland.
A video surfaced online showing how Africans are forcefully being pushed and turned away. Many of them have resulted to sleeping out in the cold hoping and praying that they will be given access out of Ukraine.
Thug also posted asking anyone who has further information to reach out to him ASAP. Adding that he is ready to facilitate the move.
Since then, Ghanaian entrepreneur PJKev has posted standing in solidarity with Thug and letting him know that he is willing to join forces with him.
