African musical Giant Burna Boy, has gotten into an online fight with Wizkid’s fan club, where he termed them as ‘delusional’.
It all started off when one of Wizkid’s fans shared on Twitter that one of Burna’s sold out shows in London was cheap with tickets going for as low as $14. He also added that attendees were also getting a free CD upon entry, which according to him was a ploy by Burna and his team to boost the album to number one on the UK music charts.
Burna’s die-hard fans did not take the tweet too lightly and got into a verbal altercation with the Twitter user.
Meanwhile, Burna shared his thoughts on history, tweeting that a lot of Nigerians suffering is as a result of miseducation. He also shared an image of one of Wizkid’s fans stating that if true history was taught in schools Wizkid would have a smart fan club as opposed to idiots.
“I said this same thing a while ago, but Wizkid Delusional Twitter fc said I was lying. Maybe if your true history was taught in your schools, Wizkid would have a smarter Twitter FC instead of idiots like this,” he tweeted.
In retaliation, Wizkid’s FC shared photoshopped images of celebs such as Migos’ Offset and his ex-girlfriend Stefflon Don speaking ill of the ‘Love Damini’ singer.
However, Burna denied the claims and let everyone know that the screenshots were doctored by Wizkid’s ‘delusional’ fans.
