Kenyan comedian Vanessa Akinyi better known as Cartoon Comedian was allegedly attacked by goons who were sent by singer Diana Marua after throwing shade at her.

It all began when Cartoon took to her Instagram and posted a picture of herself with the caption ‘Real bosses don’t force talent…na msiseme Nimetaja “mapenzi tight” IO’ Mapenzi is Swahili for love and is also a term that Diana used in her hit song ‘Hatutaachana’.

The caption threw shade at Diana who recently launched her music career saying that she is not talented and is forcing it.

A day after the post Cartoon posted a shocking picture of herself with a swollen eye but did not explain what happened to her.

The comedian then posted a frustrated video on Sunday revealing that she was attacked by goons for simply saying that Diana has no talent. Cartoon who did not seem remorseful for the scandalous post added that it was a petty issue for Diana to send people to attack her.

“Come on, it is a high time we stop being petty ata heri angeniitatungeongea ningemsaidia kuandika lines, it is a hidden talent I have sometimes lets mature up as artists,” she said.  Which is loosely translated to, ’she should have called me so that we talk, I would have helped her write down her lines.’

Diana has remained silent and is yet to respond to the serious allegations made against her by Cartoon Comedian.
