“I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online and ultimately it’s very detrimental to my mental state. So, I decided to take a step back and delete the app,” he said.

The Spiderman: Homecoming star and Zendaya’s boyfriend who has garnered over 67 million followers on Instagram and 7.4 million on Twitter shared that his mental health would spiral whenever he would read things online about himself.

Holland took the time to share the three-minute video which sheds light on an organization known as Stem4 which is a teenage mental health charity that helps people who are struggling with their mental health.
