The most prestigious awards in music changed the date from January 31st and the location from The Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California due to concerns of the rapidly spreading Omicron variant of the Coronavirus.
The changes have come only two weeks after they announced the first dates and location. A message was sent to the Recording Academy’s members to notify them of the changes.
The ceremony will be hosted by South African comedian Trevor Noah and will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+.
