Nigerian megastar, Burna Boy, is set to release the visuals for his single ‘Whisky’, which will be in the form of a documentary, highlighting the state of his home town, Port Harcourt.
Whiskey, is a track from his latest album, ‘Love, Damini.’ The singer shared a thirty seconds preview of the documentary on his social platforms, revealing that it will drop on December 8.
“We let the people tell their stories – Whiskey mini documentary out Thursday 7pm WAT,” read the caption.
The documentary, is set to highlight the environmental degradation of the Delta due to oil exploration with the latest being the soot problem that’s confronting the region.
The video shows clips of flooded areas with sinking graves and locals complaining about the living conditions.
“My house has fallen to the flood, I don’t have where to sleepmany people have died, see the water levels, see the federal roads; it has collapsed completely. People are suffering, if you go inside the communities you’ll see the number of houses that have fallen to flood,” said one resident.
A voice is also heard stating that a majority of the males residing in the area have structural abnormalities of their sperms and are unable to impregnate their wives.
