What have you instantly noticed during the COVID-19 lockdown?
During this COVID pandemic, Francis observed that many persons have gained weight during the lockdown which forces you into overeating,and of course gaining weight.

Francis dietary advice is to carefully monitor your sugar intake and stay clear of saturated fats and most importantly monitor the amount of carbs that you consume.
