American producer and DJ Khaled, has officially been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Khaled attended the unveiling of the star event alongside his wife Nicole Tuck and their sons Asahd and Aalam Khaled. The event was also graced by rappers Diddy, Fat Joe and Jay Z who showed up to show support to their friend.
During his acceptance speech, he got emotional thanking his family and God for their endless support. He took his time to express his love for his family adding that without them he would not be where he is in his career.
“I want my star to represent the light, the love that shines on everybody. You know God put me on this earth to be a light,” he said.
Khaled later on took to his Instagram to announce that he is now going to work on his next album and urged his fans to believe in themselves even when no one else believes in them.
