Jenny from the block and her boo Ben Affleck are engaged and ready to take the next step in their relationship by tying the knot.
The two love birds rekindled their love last year after being separated for almost two decades. Jenny was spotted wearing a huge rock on her finger which sparked rumors that the two are engaged. Later on, she confirmed it herself on her website ‘OnTheJlo.com’
The video showed Jlo gashing over her beautiful emerald rock sitting on a silver band on her ring finger. The superstar had revealed that green is her favorite colour and that many of her special moments happened when she was wearing green.
The news took the world by storm and many are happy for the pair. According to Jlo, things are different between her and Ben as they are mature now.
She added that it just feels different this time. “We’re older now, we’re smarter, we have more experience, we’re at different places in our lives, we have kids now, and we have to be very conscious of those things,” she said.
Bennifer first met back in 2001 on the set of rom-com Gigli. They then began flaunting their relationship publicly and got engaged in 2002. Unlike this time, Ben got Jlo a pink diamond ring that reportedly cost a whooping $2.5 million. Unfortunately, they did not get to walk down the aisle as their relationship ended two years after the proposal.
