TV personality and beauty mogul Kylie Jenner, wore a dress with a life like lion head attached to her shoulder, at the Schiaparelli show in Paris which sparked mixed reactions on social media.

Kylie’s fans were fuming after the megastar showed up wearing a real looking lion head to Paris fashion week claiming that it perpetuates the killing of animals, for fashion purposes.

The lion head, was made out of foam, wool and silk faux fur, according to the fashion house. Schiaparelli also added a disclaimer that there were no animals harmed in the creation of her controversial look.

“Leo Couture Embroidered Lion in hand sculpted foam, wool and silk fur, and hand painted to look as life-like as possible, celebrating the glory of the natural world,” said Schiaparelli.

Many who seemed to not understand that the lion head was faux, called on to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)to speak up about it hoping that they would condemn Kylie’s act.

However, PETA praised the mother of two revealing that Kylie’s choice of fashion is a statement against trophy hunting and could possibly steer the end of killing wild animals.

These Schiaparelli looks have everyone talking about the horrors of trophy hunting, which murders wild animals & tears families apart,” said Peta. “We’re also asking folks to consider the real animals who suffer and die for this runway show, sheep & silkworms.”

Kylie’s dress, designed by Daniel Roseberry, was not the controversial one as model Naomi Campbell, walked down the runway dressed in black with a wolf’s head hanging from her shoulder.
