Herman, wants the NDA to be terminated and cites that there is a law that nullifies NDA’s when sexual harassment or sexual assault are involved. In the filed legal documents, she revealed that Woods made her sign an NDA at the beginning of their relationship in 2017.

The pair began dating in 2017 but have not been spotted in public since 2022 despite attending the US Open tennis tournament in August to support their friend Serena Williams.
Herman, revealed that Woods’ private trust is forcing her to keep her mouth sealed and she wants to speak up. According to Daily Mail, she is accusing him of locking her out of their $40 million mansion in Florida.

Herman cites that the golf player tricked her into packing a bag for vacation, only for her to get to the airport and discover that he was kicking her out of their mansion. She adds that they had a verbal agreement that she could live in the mansion for 11 years and has five more years to go.
The 38-year-old added that Woods then removed all of her belongings from the house and took away $40,000 in cash that belonged to her before making defamatory allegations about how she obtained the large sum of money.
