KINGSTON, JAMAICA- His Excellency Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, arrives for a joint sitting of the Houses of Parliament in Jamaica.

The East African President will, among other things, hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Andrew Holness, at Jamaica House on Friday.
