Omotomi Akinsanya, a lady, is fighting for her life after being crushed by a Toyota 4Runner driven by a Lebanese, John Greg, on Sanusi Fafunwa Street in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Greg was reportedly driving at high speed against traffic when he allegedly crushed Akinsanya against a wall.

Greg reversed his car and zoomed away from the accident scene after ramming into the victim.

According to reports, a ‘good Samaritan’ who witnessed the accident hopped on a motorcycle and chased Greg, who was apprehended and handed over to the police.

A twitter user who posted about the incident on Wednesday, demanded justice for the victim.

According to the user, Akinsanya, whose right leg had been severely injured, was in critical condition at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in Ikeja.

Images of Akinsanya on oxygen in a hospital bed, as well as how the accident injured her foot and knee, were attached to the post.

In response to the incident, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, stated that Greg had been arrested and that Akinsanya’s family and the Embassy of Lebanon had been notified.
