A university student from Senegal is in hot soup for disguising himself as a woman to sit his lover’s English exam, to enable her to leave school.
In Senegal, images of the young man named Khadim Mboup have been making rounds on social media platforms and news outlets.
Mboup is seen dressed in women’s clothes, even including a red veil.
On his arrest over the weekend, the 22-year-old student confessed that his actions were merely out of love since his significant other was having difficulties with the language paper.
Local media further indicated that Mboup and his lover were arraigned in court on Monday.
The young man faced charges of identity theft and examination fraud whereas the girlfriend was accused of being complicit in the crimes.
