Sadio Mane has decided to leave Liverpool after six memorable seasons with the Premier League club. The Senegalese forward has a year left on his current contract, but will not be extending his stay at the Merseyside club.
Mane is now ready for a new challenge after winning the Premier League, FA Cup, EFL Cup, Champions League, and Club World Cup with Liverpool. He also won the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal in 2021 wrapping up a star-studded time with the Reds.

Mane has netted 120 goals since his move from Southampton in 2016, becoming a key part of a formidable three-man attack alongside Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino and keeping his place despite the addition of Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz.
Liverpool have already began building for the future with the capture of Diaz, who has made a fine start to life on Merseyside, but they would need to make another stellar signing if they were to plug the hole left by Mane’s exit.
